well....its august 2018.

I am still healing up from my drop from a trailer onto the concrete, (breaking 7 ribs, the bottom 4 were broken in 4 places each.) at least I'm back at work, too early the doc says, but the phone was ringing off the hook, and it took me a long time to get these contracts. Right shoulder is giving me grief, and my neck as well. Ribs are pretty good as long as I don't overdo it...then I have to take morphine to get by.

the Pete has 150 hours on the engine, runs like a top. It looks great even with the shitty paint job I gave it. The best part of my job is driving to and from work. Right now, work is mainly BA Blacktop, and Augusta Recyclers, with a few side jobs, like a boat for our local butcher, and some work for Sunshine Disposal. No more lowbedding at the moment, it's pretty slow with the fire season being extended this year. That's ok, I have more than enough wrenching to do. Plus I wasn't being paid for the hours I was putting in for Brad, he owed like 7 grand last count.
